My favorite ribs place in the area. It's located in a failing shopping center out in Malvern with plenty of parking and seating. I drive from Philly to eat here and the roughly one hour drive is worth it. The portions are large and the sides are good though inconsistent. Sometimes the Mac and cheese are thick and gooey and other times they are perfect. I usually order the half slab of ribs which gives you 6 or 7 pieces and 2 sides. They have 3 types of sauce on each table. It's a BYOB so pack a cooler with your favorite beer. Great place to go if you have a 10 or more people in your party. Note: if you are in the mood for ribs call ahead to verify they still have ribs because they have a catering service and sometimes (not often) they sell out before 7pm. They do offer a 'family pack' menu that can feed a small army.
